CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel for any reason, there is a 3 day cancellation policy. If you cancel or change your appointment in less than 3 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service total will be charged.

In order to be fair to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

I understand that emergencies do happen. In the event of a last minute emergency, you are still required to cancel your appointment. Any day-of cancellations will be charged a no-show fee.

NO SHOWS

Please understand that when you forget about your appointment without notice, I miss any opportunity to fill that appointment time. If you are a no show, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment.

LATENESS

I understand that life gets in the way sometimes, so I have a 10-15 minute grace period for lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a cancellation fee may be charged if I cannot complete the service you have booked in the time allotted.

PAYMENT

Please note that a valid credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. On the day of your appointment, I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay for final payment of your service.
